We are the first Iranians to develop a sulfuric acid plant with double absorption technology in Iran. In May 2020, we handed over our sulfuric acid plant (75MTPD) with dual absorption technology (DCDA) to the customer with So2 emissions of 136 ppm. Before that, we handed over a 200 MTPD sulfuric acid plant to the customer in July 2019. The amount of So2 emissions measured by the Department of Environment is 90 ppm.

By designing and developing the acid indirect cooling system, i.e. air coolers, we reduced water consumption by 70% in the built factories and we can use millions of cubic meters of water. In the last decade, we have developed a lot of DCDA double absorption acid plants and indirect acid cooling systems (aircoolers) in Iran and other developed countries, and this is our small gift to the planet.
